- How do I access the Client Portal?
- If you have already created your profile, simply enter your username and password at www.gluskinsheff.com/clientportal.
If you haven’t created your profile, find the email from clientportal@gluskinsheff.com that contains your personalized access link. Click the link in that email and enter your email address and the temporary password that was sent to you separately.
If you haven’t received any of the above correspondence, please email clientportal@gluskinsheff.com or contact your primary Gluskin Sheff representative and we will set up your account.
- I cannot remember my password.
- Follow the Forgot my password link on the login page of the Client Portal. This link will only work if you have already completed your account setup. If you have misplaced the temporary password that was mailed to you, please email clientportal@gluskinsheff.com and someone will assist you.
- Can I access the Client Portal from my tablet or mobile device?
- Yes, you can access the Client Portal using any device (like an iPad, iPhone, Android phone or tablet) as long as that device uses a recent version of a supported web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari).
- Who do I contact if I need help?
- Please email clientportal@gluskinsheff.com with any questions regarding the Client Portal. You should also feel free to contact your primary Gluskin Sheff representative at any time.
